Our entire staff from sales to field workers are loyal, hard working, family oriented people that will go that extra mile to make A&M Flowers successful.

Albert Castaneda – Owner/Grower

Albert is the backbone of A&M. He has 18+ years experience growing flowers. His commitment to excellence will fuel his goal to become THE premier stock/larkspur grower in California. Albert and his lovely wife Mary are raising four children here in Ventura County. When not working, they spend their family time playing sports and riding horses.

Mary Castaneda – Owner/Office Manager

Mary Castaneda runs all operations for A&M Flower Growers other than growing including office policy and procedure, accounting, human resources and daily operations. She is the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. She is a dedicated wife and mother of four who is committed to developing this company for her family.

Frank Bibian – Sales Manager

Frank started with A&M upon its inception. We crowned him “Stock King” this year due to his tireless efforts to grow this company from the ground up to what it is today. Frank’s vast experience in the flower industry has included every conceivable position from driver to owner to Sales Manager. Frank is married with 4 sons. Together they enjoy sports, travel & music.

Richard Cardenas - Sales

Richard has been with A&M since 2005. Richard’s career in the floral industry started back in the 60’s in Texas working for various wholesalers. He has worked at the retail, wholesale and grower levels. His wonderful demeanor and loyal customers make him a true asset to A&M. Richard and his wife spend their free time going to movies and enjoying Southern California activities.

Debbie Armond – Sales

Debbie joined the A&M team in 2008. She has been in the flower business for 14 years. Prior to that, she owned her own business and spent several years as an HR manager and in the insurance industry. Debbie always has a smile on her face and in her voice. She has two daughters that are grown and on their own. Her passions include exotic travel, sailing, hiking, biking and enjoying the sun.

    Andrew Bibian - Sales

Andrew is the newest member of our Sales Team.  He came on board after Mother's Day in 2011.  Andy is Frank's son. He has grown up around the flower business, working with Frank in several companies prior to coming to A&M.  He has just finished college and is excited to join the A&M Family.

    Jessica Valdez- Administrative Assistant

Jessica is responsible for all transportation issues and handles accounting functions as well. She is back up for the sales staff and assistant to Mary in AP/AR and payroll. Jessica also attends CSUCI full time and is working towards her BA degree.  She has been part of the team since October of 2010.

And last but certainly not least is the hard working team we have in the packing house and field operations. This crew is incredibly devoted to A&M.
